UNILATERAL TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT

As a Consumer, you have the right to unilaterally terminate the contract for a period of 14 days without giving a reason, and which period begins to run from the day when you or a third party on your behalf received the goods you ordered.

We will send you an acknowledgment of receipt of the notice of unilateral termination of the contract by e-mail without delay.

In case of unilateral termination of the contract, you bear the costs of returning the goods and you must return it to the above address to the Seller undamaged with the appropriate label, through the postal service provider, together with the invoice, no later than 14 days from the date of unilateral termination.

We emphasize that it is not possible to return goods that are not suitable for return because they are closed and lose quality when opened or when it comes to goods that are tailored to the individual customer or made at his request by certain measures.

We will refund without delay within 14 days of receiving notice of unilateral termination, but not before the goods are returned. Refunds are made to the card that was charged at the time of payment, and if the goods are paid on delivery, please contact us via the contact form about the method of return.

The buyer, as a consumer, is responsible for any impairment of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than that which was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods. If the goods are damaged in such a way that they are not able to be resold for reasons that are not on the side of the Seller, he is not obliged to accept such return of goods and refund the amount paid to the Buyer. registration on the website.

COMPLAINTS AND REPLACEMENT OF GOODS

In case the received goods do not correspond to the description of your order or are damaged, please contact us via the contact form. In relation to the return of goods, the conditions from Article 10 of the Terms apply, and upon receipt and inspection of the goods, we will inform you about the possibilities of replacing the goods or the right to a refund of the amount paid. If the goods have material defects, we will deliver another product without a defect or refund the funds collected, of your choice.

In case the received goods are not suitable for you due to the size or model, but you would like to replace them with other goods, please contact us via the contact form. Please note that, in the event of a complaint and/or replacement of goods, you must return the item in question together with the corresponding label and invoice.
