This Privacy Policy (hereinafter: the Privacy Policy) describes the manner in which KUBAK STIL d.o.o. collects, processes, uses, stores, and protects the personal data of users of the online store available at jeordiesmen.com (hereinafter: the Webshop).

The protection of privacy and security of our users’ personal data represents one of the fundamental priorities of our business. We process personal data lawfully, fairly, and transparently, in accordance with:

3. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASES FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

We process your personal data only where there is a lawful basis for doing so within the meaning of Article 6 of the GDPR.

Since we operate the website www.jeordiesmen.com, we process your personal data in order to:

  • provide you, following your prior registration/login, with the service of online purchasing of our products;

  • enable you to receive our newsletter or SMS messages and inform you about current offers, benefits, and discounts;

  • respond to all inquiries you submit to us via e-mail or the contact form available on the website.

These data are necessary for us to process your order and deliver the shipment via the delivery service.

9.1. Right of Access
